Total is accounting software, not a substitute for professional accounting, tax, payroll or legal advice.
Using Total
You may install and use an official Total release for lawful business purposes. You are responsible for the accuracy of entries, user access, exports, filings and decisions made from your books. Do not use the software to violate law, interfere with the service or distribute altered builds as official releases.
Your data and backups
You own your business data. Because the product is offline-first, you are responsible for maintaining recoverable backups and protecting access to your device and exported files. Use Total’s backup verification and recovery drill before relying on a backup.
Beta software
Pre-release features may change and may contain defects. Review every import, AI draft, reconciliation, return, payroll run and payment file before use. Online statutory connectivity marked experimental must not be treated as production-ready.
Licensing, renewals and refunds
The current beta is free. When direct paid sales open, the licence scope, price, included update period, optional Care renewal and 30-day direct-purchase refund policy are stated on the dated pricing page. A lapsed update or support period does not disable the purchased version or prevent access to existing books and portable export. No beta user is charged or converted automatically.
Availability and warranties
The software and website are provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise uninterrupted operation, compatibility with every third-party format, or that use alone will satisfy a statutory obligation.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Irmin Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, lost profits, lost data, penalties or third-party claims arising from use of Total. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Support, changes and governing terms
Contact total@irminflow.com for support or a terms question. Response targets are published on the pricing page. We may update these terms with a new effective date. These terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to applicable consumer protections and courts with proper jurisdiction.
